The staff at the reception desk were exceptionally friendly. the view of the gardens was good. Our room was spotlessly clean and cosy. the beds were spacious. There was an electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave in the room.

The location was comfortable, we were close to the heart of Biarritz.

I came here for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Everything was good, very pleasant staff, particularly good views of gardens. The location turned out to be great, just next door to the center or the beach and the bus stops for the station or airport. What's more, it was 10 mins drive from Plage du Miramar.

The hotel is the top choice in Biarritz. Great location for activities for the kids on a rainy day. - the room is impeccably clean and cosy. - the modern style bathroom is a nice touch. - Fabulous breakfast served in the lobby.

Stylish small hotel in a quiet surrounding, especially on the back side next to a park. We had 'Privilege room' including spacy living room with kitchen and a separate bedroom plus balcony to the park, all this was quite comfortable.City center and beach are a few minutes off.

The interior design together with furniture in 'Privilege room' could be more impressive.

i loved the a single bed, it made the night really comfortable. the location was right by cote des basques that i needed. perfect for vacation. i recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back.

The location here is simply superb, right in the center and by the sea.

Location was excellent right in the centre of Biarritz no need for a car to wine and dine

The location is excellent for the Town centre. Within easy walking distance of the beach, Casino and the many shops and resaurants. The hotel has secure underground parking for a small fee (or free if you book the slightly bigger room) The staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English.

The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant attached. It provided breakfast for 9 euros per person, which consisted of mainly croissants and bread. The only cereal available seemed to be Coco Pops (not really a favourite for adults) I heard one client remark that it was the most expensive piece of bread he'd ever eaten!

The location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the market, town center, and bus stops providing access to the station.

We found the office and cleaning staff very helpful and efficient.Our appartment was facing a very beautiful garden. The hotel is situated centre of the town, very close to all the amenities, ie tourist office, bus station, with very efficient bus service, beautiful beaches within walking distance, very good supermakets and also food and vegetable markets. We have spent many holidays staying in the Résidence Biarritz Ocean and hope to have many more.Maud etait tres gentil comme d 'habitude

Excellent helpful staff. Very clean accomodation. We were put in a room overlooking the gardens with a balcony which was really restful. Great having the facilities to cook in if we wanted to . Fantastic location 100 yards from bus stop to airport (1 euro) Only about 150 yards to the main town square. Walk to beach in less than 5 mins. Supermarket 5 mins walk. Would definately stay there again.

The croissants and pastries for breakfast are a plus. the rooms are exceptionally clean. - the staff at the reception desk are really polite. - We truly enjoyed this hotel and would return anytime.

Thought breakfast expensive for a continental breakfast,would have been better value if a fuller buffet breakfast was offered at the price
